Cedarwood Estates is an established condominium community in north Bettendorf, nestled beautifully among common wooded areas with beautiful Spring blossoming trees. We are a community of 125 condos, with a population ranging from small children to retired senior citizens.

The complex was built in the early 1970's. We are honored to be one of the oldest and premier condominium communities in the Quad Cities.

We are served by an eight member volunteer board of directors and pride ourselves on our well kept buildings and grounds. We have a playground and pool, and are situated in close proximity (walking distance) to parks, shopping, and entertainment.

We are a comfortable, caring community with great vision and plan for evolving into the future as gracefully as we endured our past.
